Gorgeous is often the word of choice around here, and here are some scenes that I think actually deserve such praise!

Because we don't have a car, it's not often that we get out of Dublin, but this weekend, a generous friend from church took us on a tour of the Wicklow Mountains and Glendalough, the remains of a monastery which was built in the 6th century.

Having a chat with our friend Dale.
Love that thumb!
This was in a German cemetery with soldiers from both World Wars; Ireland was neutral during both of them, feeling no love for their neighbor and long-time oppressor England.
Quite gorgeous. I miss it already!

I went on a bus tour there, and it is gorgeous! The day I went in April or May, I experienced every season. Sun, rain, snow and wind. Crazy.
I still need to get over to Cork where you spent most of your time, Jamie.
Oh Elisa I haven't seen any Asher pics in a while. He is sooooo cute! I'm not kidding. I love the pic wiht his fingers in his mouth. Does he have wavy hair? I just can't get over his sweet little face...and the scenery is not too shabby either:)
Yes, Chris, we can swap out the scenery, but we're keeping the boy! I'd love seeing some photos of your crew when you have time.
